Home Equity Credit (HEC) portal was found to offer advice for new home buyers and existing home owners that are refinancing or acquiring a 2nd mortgage.

Many home buyers are burned by their mistakes and too good to be true deals. We feel that providing up-to-date information and advice is the best way to teach potention new home buyers to avoid mistakes that could cost tens of thousands of dollars, if not even more.

HEC web site was found back in 2004 year and we have been providing advice since then.
